Salary history

    Propose a fee

The client accepts it before it applies. It replaces any earlier proposal.

    Who handles this client

    BACKUPS

The client approves each person before they can open its workspace. Until then they see the client in their list only.

    PEOPLE AND TEAMS
Only active people with a sign-in (an email or mobile number) are listed; that becomes their company sign-in.
    ROLES

    PHOTO

      NOT STARTED

Calculate pay for active employees, review totals, then freeze the period.

      Your workspace

The workspace holds your company and individual profiles. Its roots set up every profile and its admins.

      WORKSPACE ID

      Profiles

        Roots

Roots own every profile in the workspace. Keep at least two, so the workspace is never locked out when someone leaves.

          Tax declarations

Annual amounts for the tax year. Withholding each month counts these on top of the personal allowance, social security and provident fund. Legal limits are applied automatically.

          Insurance

          Savings, home and donations

Donations count up to 10% of income after the other deductions. Keep receipts: the Revenue Department may ask for them.
